PLATE GREEN LENTIL FOOD

Green lentils have been known to mankind since biblical times. It was consumed in Ancient Egypt, Rome, India. This type of legume was on the tables of both ordinary people and rulers: nondescript-looking grains contain vital amino acids and are a complete substitute for meat. COOKING METHOD:

  1. Pour the thoroughly washed lentils into boiling water in a 1: 2 ratio.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. Cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
