Rice for pilaf in the production process undergoes a special grinding with vegetable oil. Thanks to this, the grains become pearly in color, and the rice absorbs the aroma of other ingredients well during cooking. That is why it is great for both traditional pilaf and other rice dishes with vegetables and spices.

Ingredients: polished round grain rice, refined deodorized sunflower oil.

This product may contain traces of gluten.

Nutritional value per 100 g of product (average values):
proteins, g - 7; fats, g - 1.5; carbohydrates, g – 73;
dietary fiber, g - 3.4; energy value - 1440 kJ / 340 kcal.
METHOD FOR COOKING pilaf:

  1. In a frying pan or cauldron, fry chopped onion (1 pc.) In vegetable oil until golden brown.
  2. Cut 400-600 g of meat into small pieces and fry together with onion for 5 minutes. Add chopped carrots (2 medium), pour in 3 tbsp. tablespoons of water and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Add pilaf spices (cumin, barberry, turmeric, salt, pepper) to taste and stir.
  4. Add 400 g of well-washed rice, pour in 800 ml of boiling water, reduce heat, simmer with the lid closed for 20-25 minutes until the water is absorbed.
