CORN GRITS

May contain trace amounts of gluten.

Method of preparation: pour cereals into boiling water in a ratio of 3: 1, cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes, until the water is almost completely absorbed. Add a glass of hot milk, salt and sugar to taste, reduce heat to low and cook for another 15–20 minutes. Insist 10-15 minutes.
