Pasta in Bolognese sauce

Ingredients: pasta from durum wheat flour of group A of the highest grade "Papardelle's Nests" (durum wheat flour for premium pasta, drinking water); culinary sauce - Bolognese sauce (tomato paste, applesauce, onion, sugar, alcohol vinegar, glucose-fructose syrup, drinking water, tomatoes, tomato juice, garlic, salt, oregano, basil, marjoram, thyme, bay leaf, acidity regulators (citric acid, E575), thickeners (xanthan gum, E1422), dye (carmines), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate)). This product may contain peanuts, mustard, sesame seeds, milk, shellfish, tree nuts, crustaceans, fish, celery, soy, eggs and their derivatives.
Additionally, you will need: minced beef 250 g, vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l., hard cheese, herbs to taste.
- Add pasta to boiling salted water.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes. Leave 150 ml of water in which the pasta was boiled.
- Fry the minced meat in heated vegetable oil until tender, salt and pepper to taste.
- Add sauce, pasta and 150 ml post-boil water. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is evenly distributed.
- Place on a serving dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs if desired.
