Additionally you will need: beef 300 g, milk / cream 10% 100 ml, vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
- Add the contents of the bag with cereals to boiling salted water (550 ml).
- Bring to a boil and cook until water is completely absorbed over moderate heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Fry thinly sliced beef in hot vegetable oil until tender.
- Add sauce, milk (or cream). Stir and simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Put the cooked groats on a dish, add the beef in the sauce on top. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
