Ingredients: pasta from durum wheat flour of group A of the highest grade "Corrugated feathers" (durum wheat flour for premium pasta, drinking water); sauce based on vegetable oils - butter-garlic sauce "Alfredo" (drinking water, refined deodorized sunflower oil, sugar, garlic, cream, oregano, black pepper, salt, egg yolk, glucose, black pepper extract, maltodextrin, thickeners ( xanthan gum, E1442), acidity regulator acetic acid, antioxidants (citric acid, E319, E385), natural flavors, preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate)). This product may contain peanuts, mustard, sesame seeds, shellfish, tree nuts, crustaceans, fish, celery, soy and their derivatives.
Additionally you will need: chicken thigh fillet 250 g, milk / cream 10% 100 ml, vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l., hard cheese, herbs to taste.
- Add pasta to boiling salted water.
- Cook for 7-9 minutes.
- Fry the chicken thigh pieces in heated vegetable oil until tender.
- Add sauce, milk (or cream). Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then add the cooked pasta, mix thoroughly, heat and remove from the stove.
- Place on a serving dish. Garnish with herbs if desired, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Try also with shrimp or smoked chicken fillet!
