pilaf WITH CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
Rice for pilaf - 400 g
chicken meat - 400 g
Onions - 100 g
carrots - 200 g
vegetable oil - 50-80 ml
SPICES for pilaf - 1 sachet
Salt to taste
1. In a preheated cauldron or saucepan, fry the chopped onion in oil until golden brown.
2. Cut the chicken into pieces and fry with the onion. Add chopped carrots and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
3. Add pilaf spices and rice, mix everything. Pour in 800-900 ml of water, bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer on low heat with the lid closed for 15-25 minutes until the rice has absorbed all the water (do not stir during cooking).
