Method and time of preparation: Immerse the bag in a saucepan with boiling salted water. Cook over medium heat until al dente for 8 minutes, until softer for 10 minutes.
Take out the bag with a fork, picking it up by the loop. Let the water drain.

Bacon 100 g
Cream 100 ml
Butter 10 g
Egg yolks 3 pcs.
Parmesan cheese 50 g
Garlic 1 clove
Salt, pepper, parsley to taste
Prepare the pasta in a sachet as directed on the package.
While the pasta is boiling, whisk the egg yolks, cream, finely grated cheese with a whisk in a deep bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
In a skillet in butter, lightly fry the chopped bacon, add the chopped garlic, chopped parsley and fry for another 1 minute.
In a frying pan with bacon, combine the pasta with a mixture of cheese, cream and yolks, mix everything and heat.
Serve garnished with parsley leaves. Weight: 400 g (5 sachets 80 g each) Ingredients: Durum durum wheat flour, drinking water. Storage conditions: Store in a dry place.
