Take out the bag with a fork, picking it up by the loop. Let the water drain.

Pasta 2 boiling sachets

Peeled shrimps 200 g

Cherry tomatoes 150 g

Garlic 1 clove

Olive oil 1 tbsp spoon

1/3 lemon juice

Parmesan cheese 80 g

Pitted olives to taste

Salt, basil to taste

Prepare the paste in sachets as directed on the package.

While the pasta is boiling, in a frying pan in olive oil, fry finely chopped garlic until a characteristic odor for about 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes.

Turn off heat and add halved cherry tomatoes and olives. Season with salt to taste, stir gently and add lemon juice.

Spread the pasta on bowls, drizzle with olive oil on top, add the shrimp with tomatoes and olives, sprinkle with Parmesan and chopped basil on top.
