Take out the bag with a fork, picking it up by the loop. Let the water drain.

Open the bag with your hands along the tear line. Place the pasta on a serving dish.

Recipe: Fjoki with sausages in a creamy sauce

2 servings

Pasta 2 boiling sachets

Smoked sausages 250g

1/4 bow

Garlic 1 clove

Cherry tomatoes 150 g

Cream 20% 100 ml

Parmesan cheese 80 g

Olive oil 2 tbsp spoons

Salt, spices, parsley to taste

Prepare the pasta in a sachet as directed on the package.

While the pasta is boiling, fry the chopped sausages and onions in a skillet in olive oil. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 more seconds.

Add cream, salt, pepper and stir. Bring to a boil, cover the skillet and simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes.

Turn off heat, add halves of cherry tomatoes, grated cheese, stir gently.

Divide the pasta on plates, top with the cooked sausage sauce and garnish with a parsley leaf.
