Basmati Rice

Basmati rice grows at the foothill of the Himalayas in the north of India and in the regions of Pakistan on the border with India. It is assumed that this white long-grain rice gets its unique taste and aroma thanks to the special soil, climate and even to the air of this region. The word "basmati" translated from Hindi means "aromatic"; this sort of rice is justifiably considered as a "king of rice". Basmati has nice aroma and delicate taste.
