A combination of oat, wheat, barley, millet and rye flakes nutrition. All nutrients and vitamins are preserved due to the production control (grain undergoes steaming and cutting before rolling). It only takes a few minutes to make light and rich porridge from these flakes.  Oat flakes contain polysaccharides which improve the condition of the GI tract.
