Home-style side dishes are a mixture of groats and natural ingredients: vegetables, mushrooms, dressings and spices.
They are prepacked in metallized film bags of 150g intended for storage of food. The film enables to sustain the necessary microenvironment and level of humidity inside it for the whole storage period, it does not leak air and therefore does not allow different microgerms to develop.
Side dishes may be used as a separate dish as well as a garnish for meat or fish.
Uvelka's sales share at the market of groats with additional ingredients equals to 87 %.

Uvelka’s side dishes are provided in 150g sachets made of food-grade metalized film. This film is air-tight serving as a barrier to pathogens. In addition, it maintains the required humidity level and microenvironment inside the pack throughout the entire shelf life of the product.


Way of cooking

In a saucepan, boil the required amount of water (600 ml) and fill with the contents of one package Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil or any other vegetable oil Сook for 1 minute on high heat Then 20 minutes (or according to the time indicated on the package) at moderate heat until complete absorption of water.

It is recommended to lid the garnish and not to stir it while cooking. The time of cooking and quantity of water depend on the formula, this information is provided on the pack.
